Chibi's Friends reviews every request individually. Submitting an application does not create a promise, contract, or entitlement to funding of any amount, and we may decline or withdraw assistance at any time for any reason.
2. We are not your veterinarian
Chibi's Friends does not provide veterinary care, diagnosis, or medical advice. All treatment decisions are made between you and your licensed veterinary provider. We are not responsible for the outcome, quality, cost, or timing of any care your pet receives.
3. Release of claims
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and agree not to sue Chibi's Friends, its directors, officers, volunteers, donors, and partner clinics for any claim, loss, injury, expense, or damage arising out of your application, any assistance provided or declined, or any veterinary care connected to it.
4. Accuracy of information
You confirm the information in this application — including your pet's condition, your clinic, and the amounts requested — is true and complete. Funds may be paid directly to your veterinary clinic and must be used only for the care described here.
5. Privacy and stories
We use your information to review your request and coordinate with your clinic. We will never publish your name, your pet's story, or photos without asking you first.
6. Electronic signature
Typing your full name below is your legally binding electronic signature and has the same effect as a handwritten signature.
